IFC Core Investment Management, LLC., seeks Test Automation and QA/QC Engineer (Web and Mobile) in Raleigh, NC. Duties: Responsible for the entire testing and quality assurance/quality control program for web and mobile applications developed internally by the software development team. Development of a test plan and strategy for internally developed software which includes but is not limited to FarmAdvisor web application (farmadvisor.com), FarmAdvisor mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, FarmAdvisor Excel Add-In. Development of a test framework that includes automated and manual components using test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Appium. Development of code, scripts, and configuration of tools required for testing of software applications using languages such as JavaScript and Python and integration of such tests into company’s CI/CD pipeline on AWS. Execution of tests that are part of the company’s internal QA/QC process for new software releases and updates. Run tests to verify that the software functions according to specifications and expectations. Report defects, bugs, performance anomalies, UI difficulties, UX concerns/challenges to the software development team promptly. Perform regression tests to assure that new features or enhancements do affect previous verified functionality. Report and document test results to software developers. Performance and Load testing of internally developed software to assess performance characteristics under various user loads and stress conditions. Work with stakeholders.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or related field plus 5 years of experience as Software Test Engineer or related position. Must have experience with: Web and Mobile testing; Test automation with Cypress, JavaScript; AWS DevOps; Development of test plans; Testing tools Jira, Cypress, JavaScript. Able to telecommute from any location within the US.
