At Intl. Farming, stewardship is the lens through which we manage land, build relationships, and make investment decisions. It is a practice shaped over decades, through close work with growers and deep engagement across agricultural landscapes.
We view our approach to stewardship as a spectrum. It reflects how we operate across farms, geographies, and partnerships, staying involved through regular field visits, grower check-ins, and continuous data monitoring. We build flexibility into our underwriting models and management systems so that local decisions can respond to real agronomic conditions. Rather than apply a fixed playbook, we work alongside growers to make targeted adjustments based on climate patterns, crop performance, water access, and long-term soil health. Stewardship is rooted in the realities of each place we farm.
As part of our ongoing commitment to these principles, we are proud to share our 2024 Stewardship in Action report. It offers a view into how this work unfolds across our portfolio, supporting growers through applied tools and research, incorporating environmental conditions into underwriting, and deploying technology to navigate farm-level complexity. The report also highlights our continued focus on soil health, water resources, and biodiversity, which we see as three foundational elements of agricultural resilience.
In a landscape shaped by shifting climate conditions and a growing need for sustainable food sourcing solutions, we continue to build on the systems, values, and partnerships that have guided our work from the beginning. Over the coming weeks, we look forward to sharing more about how our spectrum comes into focus through four areas: empowering growers, investing responsibly, applying innovation, and Leaving the Land Better Than We Found It™. These themes reflect our commitment to caring for the land, people, and capital.
Our hope is to contribute meaningfully to a broader conversation and invites reflection on what responsible stewardship can look like in a time that demands adaptability and intentional action.
